I need you to help me figure out how I can make the Picadillo Recipe and the Ropa Vieja Recipe for a slow cooker! These recipes are shown under epicurean's Cuban Recipe topic.
I've made Arroz con Pollo and Spanish Chicken from a recipe book that came out great, but I want to make the above too.
I'm sure someone can figure out how long I cook it in a slow cooker.
