I want to tell everybody about rice oil. A restaurant owner/chef in Tiberon, CA (The Capri) uses this oil and told me I should try it. I love it and for good reasons it doesnít impart or mask the flavor of food. You can get it really hot and it wonít burn. I tried it as a dipping oil and infused it with rosemary and pepper and I never had an oil take on flavors so well and the texture is wonderful. Rice oil is very, very healthy too. I consider the oil I use to be a critical component of my cooking and Iím happy to have found it. Anyone else using this? Beth
