Whipped Cream Stabilizer?

Hello,

I am making white chocolate mousse (the recipe is from epicurean.com). It calls for 1/2 tsp of a "whipped cream stabilizer". I've never heard this term before. I would guess it is something starchy. What would you use?

Any ideas?
