I bought a fish in a local fish market yesterday that I had never heard of before -- they called it salmon-trout. I think the sales clerk said it was technically called chard. It was delicious -- tasted like very mild salmon and was not as fat. I grilled it outdoors. My question for you is:
What is the "real" name of this fish?
What is the fat content and calories?
Are there any other receipes you can recommend?
