Feuilles de BRick

Any other pros out there? I need suggestions for savory uses for Feuilles de Brick. I am using in pastry, but all attempts at svory result in a soggy filling that disintigrates the feuilles. Have wrapped soft shells in the past but where I am now, no crabs. Fish always leaks too much liquid. Help!
