I have both some Cuisinart non stick stainless, and the Cuisinart anodized cookware. Both are great, but I like the way the anodized cooks better. Stainless is prettier though ; ). The anodized cooking is more even, with better heat conduction because of the all over aluminum I guess. Also looking at the All-Clad.
I was wondering if anyone here has the anodized Cusinart set, and can let me know how they like it, and how it's holding up. Just read the pamphlet again, and it mentions that the exterior will show wear over time.
What type of wear do they mean on the exterior surface? Does this stuff stain, or scratch very badly? Anyone using it for several years?
