I purchased one of your Enameled Cast Iron Dutch Ovens.

I followed your instructions on seasoning the rims of the lid and pot. 350 degrees for 1 hr.

Could you tell me how to remove the oil
that is now STICKY and HARD. Even Goof Off won't remove it.!!

My son has the same problem with the one he purchased. You suggest NOT USING and abrasive !!

Help Please !!
