Hi, I have a chuck steak recipe that I bake in the oven with white potatoes, diced tomatoes (over the steak) and seasonings.
It is very good, however the last few times I have made it the meat is a bit tough. Is there any way to get a more tender meat? I bake it at 375 for about 1 hr. and 15 min., and cover it with foil the first 30 minutes.
