Went to one of my fave grocery stores that is famous for having unusal products. I found snow pea shoots. Had to get some.
Have eaten them, but I have never used pea shoots. I know it goes well with Oyster sauce in stir fries. The English cuisine uses them. Has anyone cooked with them? How do you use the pea shoots?
