At home, I have a Kenmore Elite. It has 4 burners, one oven, a warmer drawer and a warmer on the cooktop. I agree with you about the lazy benefits...It also has the convection feature as well as self cleaning feature. The best of all. It is a cinch to clean and does a great job. I do cook at home alot, prefer to do some of my experimentations and research at home.
I really like the machine. Makes life alot easier, and most of all, it is (a) gas...:-)

: Spoken like a real chef!! However--- as a non-chef person who has
: used electric convection cooking since 1982 via two brands--Jenn
: Air (my first) and GE Profile (my current)--I love the even heat
: distribution and clean cooking of the electric plus no concern
: about gas leakage. I had had a problem with gas leaking which
: had the Illinois gas company almost on a first name basis with
: me for the longest time. I then switched to electric for obvious
: reasons--who wants to blow up their house! Also, I do enjoy the
: lazy benefits of a self-cleaning oven. I don't know if that
: happens with gas. Does it?
