I need everyone's input into the topic of Green Cuisine. I am considering a class on Green Cuisine(as I understand it, green cuisine is organic ingredients and using natural and planet friendly careful prep and cooking techniques . Has anyone delved into this realm of cooking? If so, what did you do and what is your opinion on it. Thanks in advance for your input.
