NEW YORK STEAK IN GREEN PEPPERCORN SAUCE

I didn't see where I could rate recipies on this site, so I'll post it here. The recipe in the subject line is awful....egaads !
I should have known when it started off saute'ing the parsley. I've never seen fresh parsley go into a recipe anywhere but the end. This recipe tastes like green peppercorns in a bunch of cream. Very soupy, since at the very end it says to pour in a cup of heavy cream with virtually no cooking time after that. I'd also either omit the mountain of mushrooms, or reduce the amount and mince them rather than whole slices. After all, this is supposed to be a peppercorn sauce, not a mushroom sauce. Actually, just scrap the whole thing.
Yuk ! The author said this is from Cookbooks USA. They need some help.
My wife repaired it somewhat, but I thought I'd at least warn folks.
