Elizabeth David

I'm currently researching the influence of Elizabeth David in Australia.

Elizabeth David was a food writer from England who began writing in the post-war era, right up until the late twentieth century. Her books, which include titles such as, French Provincial Cooking and Mediterranean Food, are considered part of the culinary canon, not to mention the extensive writing she did for specific journals, food magazines etc.
- if anyone has any memories about reading/using/owning one of David's books, I love to hear them,
