Most cheesecake recipes are for 9" springforms. I have mini-cheesecake pans (2")and one recipe for same. Can anyone give me the formula for "translating" 9" recipes to the 2" mini pans? I've been anxious to try some of the recipes I've seen but do not want to waste the cream cheese.
