Chokecherry Jelly

A friend & I made chokecherry jelly yesterday sealed with paraffin wax and cooled before lidding and I noticed today that the wax is very thin on some jars and appears to be "floating" (not a solid seal?). Will this cause the jelly to spoil, not preserving as normally canned goods? Would I be able to add additional paraffin now to seal properly? I've never made jelly before and don't want to loose it, it's very tasty. :o)
