hello, I am having trouble with my bread "falling" similar to the way cakes fall. the bread rises OK and the loaf looks great through the window of the breadmaker, but it seldom stays rounded on top, just caves in so the the top is concave and hard to slice. is there anything I can add to help prevent this?
I make whole grain bread, 3/4 whole wheat, I cup white flour, and 1 cup oatmeal-
I use olive oil for shortening and honey for sweetener- the bread is VERY TASTY and I believe nourishing and good for me.
