Chicken stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon

So easy even I (43 year old married man) managed it!
4 Chicken Pieces
8 rashers bacon
4 slices of mature cheese
mixed herbs
garlic salt
1. Set cooker to Gas Mark 6 (sorry don't know what that is in deg f or c!).
2. Cut a slice in the chicken and stuff with cheese.
3. Wrap Chicken pieces with bacon.
4. Sprinkle with mixed herbs and garlic salt.
5. Add knob of butter to the top.
6. Put in pre-heated oven for 40 minutes.

Suggest eating above on bed of Pasta, yummy....
