I agreee with Bill. When we bought it-we had no business buying it-it is very expensive. 30 years later it is still like brand new. I have no regrets what so ever about spending that money-I have 2 daughters that recently bought a set of cookware from their sister company-as we don't have a townecraft dealer in our area. They have no regrets. It is an heirloom to pass on to your family. I also have a couple of non stick skillets-but I have never bought another set of cookware, as some of the people that I know that go through a set of pans ( that are junk to begin with ) every few years. I would do it again in a heartbeat.
