I am a teacher who recently tried to make sweet potatoe french fries for my class and They did not turn out well. I want to keep them healthy so I baked the fries in a hot oven with a bit of oil and they turned out soggy. They where in the oven for at least 45 minuites seeing as I only have a small countertop convection oven to work with. Im curious if anyone has any helpful suggestions?
