I'm interested in setting up a chef consulting company dealing mainly
in the private and semi private club area.
I have a lot of experience in clubs and want to use it to help other smaller clubs to develop menus , cost control and labor development in the kitchen.
If anyone has any helpful info or pointers I would appreciate your input.
