I found a recipe last year for Cranberry bread. It had no nuts in it but it had orange peel and fresh cranberries. My sister in law just loves it and I promised I would bring it for the holidays and I will be darned if I can find it. Also, it seemed pretty low fat because if I remember right, it only had like a tablespoon of oil. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
