I am curently a culinary arts student who needs some new ideas on plated dinners. We have mostly beef, chx or fish to work with as a main course but I need some new ideas on a vegetable and strach that must be plated with the above item.Currently I have mostly the basic in the cooler..rd and grn pepprs, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, mushroom, spinach..any new suggestions or good book suggestions on plated main courses would be appreciated.thanks
