Does anyone have a recipe for Clam Cakes or Clam Fritters. Was at Cape Cod for a couple weeks this summer and stopped at a small seafood resturant for take out and when I went in realized I didn't have enough cash for Fried Clams, so I got 6 Clam Cakes to tie me over until I could get to an ATM. After I went to bank, I stopped back at the Rest. and got 6 more clam cake. I tried 2 different recipies in cook books and threw out the batter after trying one. I have spent 3 hours on Internet and have found nothing.Maybe someone out there can help.
