Lettuce

I have tried for years to find a way to shred/chop lettuce like you get at Taco Bell and a few other places. I do now that I cannot use a regular knife. I have used plastic but it just does not look nor taste like what you get from some restaurants. I asked at Taco Bell but they say it comes delivered to the business already shredded. PLEASE HELP.. I love the stuff..
